Cancer survivor-<br />

Fitness for Life!<br />

This 8 week exercise program is<br />

for adult cancer survivors. Class<br />

includes full pre-assessment and<br />

post-assessment, personalized<br />

exercise prescription, and one on<br />

one guidance from an exercise<br />

specialist trained to work with<br />

cancer patients. Program developed<br />

to meet your needs based<br />

on chemo, surgeries, fitness level<br />

and personal goals. Participants<br />

meet as a group to warm up and<br />

cool down and will follow their<br />

personal workout while being monitored by a trainer. Improve<br />

cardio, reduce fatigue, reduce pain and nausea, gain muscle<br />

The Coach Keith Watson is a USA Triathlon Certified<br />

Coach and head coach for No DNF Coaching www.nodnfcoaching.com.<br />

He has over 15 years of triathlon training<br />

and racing experience including 7 Ironman finishes<br />

to his name. He is also an American Red Cross Certified<br />

Life Guard.<br />

The swim is the foundation to a successful triathlon<br />

training program. Swimming in open water conditions<br />

is far different than how you swim in a lane lined pool<br />

environment. It requires a different set of skills and sport<br />

specific strength not often found and trained in your traditional<br />

master’s swim program. Building a strong and<br />

powerful stroke to deal with the rigors and demands of<br />

open water / triathlon swimming is the focus for this program.<br />

Who is this for? Adults (19 and up) of all abilities.<br />

Seasoned and aspiring triathletes or those just wanting<br />

to get in a great workout are all welcome. The pool is<br />

divided to accommodate all levels and abilities. Workouts<br />

are designed and administered by a USA Triathlon<br />

Certified Coach and range in length between 1500-4000<br />

meters depending on ability.<br />

Youth Fitness<br />

Jumping Beans (All Levels - Ages 7+)<br />

The days of chanting and rhyming with jump ropes on the playground<br />

are over. Jump rope is the fastest growing sport in the<br />

world and is considered one of the best overall activities allowing<br />

for the entire body to move - creating healthy happy kids!<br />

The jumping beans course is for all levels of jumpers, ranging<br />

from beginners up to advanced jumpers. The kids will focus<br />

on the single rope freestyle, speed and power; double dutch<br />

freestyles, speed and power and much more. This program is<br />

a registered team with the USA and AAU organizations so opportunity<br />

to attend the regional and national jump competitions<br />

is an option for your jumper. Your kids will increase their coordination,<br />

enhance their cognitive and motor skills. Sign up today<br />
