Tadpoles/Preschool Level 3 to 5 years
Preschoolers who have completed Pollywogs can continue
learning new swimming skills in this class. Children must be
able to front float alone and back float with little assistance.
Skills taught include arm stroke and breathing, back glide with
kick, and deep water adjustment.

This is for ages 10-14 only.
Toads / pre-school Level 3 to 5 years
Participants must have successfully completed Tadpoles and be
able to perform the basic crawl stroke. This course is designed
to improve crawl stroke with breathing, elementary back stroke,
introduction to back crawl, increase endurance, and teach safety
skills. Once your child has passed TOADS they need to move
to Level 2.

Swimming level classes
ALL LEVEL CLASSES ARE DESIGNED FOR
STUDENTS 5-14 YEARS OF AGE.
Level 1 Learn to Swim Introduction to Water
Skills 5 to 12 years
There are no prerequisites to this course. The objective of Level
1 is to help students feel comfortable in the water and to enjoy
the water safely. Students learn basic skills designed to develop
good attitudes and safe practices around the water. Skills taught
are buoyancy and breath control, front and back floats with support,
kicking and basic water safety rules. This is the first class
for the beginner, age 5+.
