to use a computer to email friends and family by learning
how to set up and use a free email account- SAFELY!
Discover how to find all sorts of information on the
Internet. Get comfortable with computers in this easy
going and hands on class. Instructed by: Marcy Egges

PAINTING
Tap into your creativity! Instructor, Susannah Vandyke,
will stress shapes, value, color and edges with various
forms of media including oil, water colors and acrylic
paints. This class will teach you the basics and fine tune
your skills. All abilities are welcome. Pick up a supply list
at the front desk.

Improve Your Computer Skills
Are you already comfortable with sending emails and
searching the Internet? Learn tips on how to make your
computer easier to use. Get answers to “Why does my
computer do that – when I do this?”. Learn the basics of
Word Processing and Spreadsheets. This class is suitable
for advanced beginners. Instructed by: Marcy Egges with

Address Labels for Your Holiday Cards
Learn how to make sending out your Christmas or
other holiday cards easier by using your computer.
This class demonstrates how to use Microsoft Word
to print out sheets of address labels. If time permits -
hints on writing your Christmas letter in MS Word too.

Foot and toenail care is provided by registered nurses from
SummerCares, with advanced training in foot care. Includes
assessment, foot soak, nails trimmed, callous care, and short
foot massage. Perfect for those with diabetes or other foot
care needs.

Physical Activity & Arthritis
This presentation by the Arthritis Foundation addresses
ways to use gentle activities to help increase joint
flexibility and range of motion while maintaining muscle
strength and decreased pain.

Medicare Basics
Learn about the benefits, costs, and choices under
Medicare. Classes are conducted by a Medicare Counselor
through Boulder County Area Agency on Aging. This class
is an excellent way to see just how Medicare works and
