Ride requests can be made up to 7 days in advance.<br />
Service to other communities within Boulder County is<br />

Travel Training: 1-on-1, comprehensive instruction<br />
prepares seniors to safely and confidently use RTD and<br />

BRIDGE<br />
Mondays & Thursdays, 1:00–4:00pm<br />
CHESS CLUB<br />
Do you enjoy a good game of strategy? Come play chess<br />
with like minded individuals on Mondays, from 1-5pm at<br />
the <strong>Senior</strong> <strong>Center</strong>.<br />
COMPUTER LAB<br />
Monday –Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm<br />
TAP DANCING<br />
Tuesdays, 2-3:30pm<br />
Resource Referrals: Numerous other transportation<br />
options are available within Boulder County. Via’s mobility<br />
specialists can provide information and referrals based on<br />
your needs, develop individual travel plans and inform you<br />
or your family member of appropriate services offered by<br />
Via as well as services available from other community<br />

Weekly Clubs/events<br />
MASSAGE THERAPY<br />
Treat yourself and release muscle tension with a relaxing<br />
massage. Therapists: Carol Clever and Lowell Aird.<br />
Appointments are available Fridays. Cost is $8.50 for<br />
15 minutes and $17 for 30 minutes. To schedule, call (303)<br />
666-7400. Payment due at time of service. No shows will<br />
be subject to a fee.<br />
FOOT REFLEXOLOGY<br />
Foot reflexology is a type of massage that calms the<br />
nervous system, promotes relaxation and increases<br />
circulation. Reflexologist: Jean Hoefling. Appointments<br />
available Fridays, 11am-3:30pm. Cost is $18/<strong>Senior</strong>s<br />
for a 30 minute session Non-seniors $23. To schedule,<br />
call (303) 666-7400. Payment due at time of service. No<br />
shows will be subject to a fee.<br />

Members of Spellbinders, an amateur storytelling group<br />
will tell oral stories and encourage participants to share<br />
stories. Tuesdays, 1:00-2:00pm<br />

Trying to figure out insurance? How do you manage<br />
monies? Thinking about traveling? If you are interested<br />
in joining this new group with other people in the same<br />
