Severance Agreement Between Bradley C. Oke Developments Inc. and
the Corporation of the Municipality of Lambton Shores
- Consent Applications B-15/2012
RECOMMENDATION
That Council pass a By-law authorizing the execution of a
Severance Agreement between Bradley C. Oke Developments
Inc. and the Corporation of the Municipality of Lambton Shores
as it relates to lands located on the west side of Highway 21
between Beach O’Pines Road and Jennison Crescent and
described as Part of Lot 7, Lake Road West Concession,
geographic Township of Bosanquet, Municipality of Lambton
Shores more particularly described as PARTS 1 to 8, PLAN
25R9881.

REPORT
Staff has been working with Rob Panzer, Mr. Oke’s Agent to finalize an approved
consent application which provides for the creation a new single detached dwelling lot,
which fronts on Highway 21, and 7 parts of lots which are to be conveyed to adjacent
lots on Beach O’Pines Road and Jennison Crescent.
In order to satisfy the conditions of the consent approvals, Mr. Oke must enter into a
severance agreement with the Municipality. The Severance Agreement for the proposed
development is now prepared and ready for Council to authorize its execution. The
severance agreement contains provisions addressing those conditions placed on the
consent approvals by the Committee of Adjustment (see Attachment 2). Specifically the
agreement addresses the installation of a septic system and a water service and the
preservation of the natural environment on the lands.
I recommend that Council authorize by By-law the execution of a Severance Agreement
between Bradley C. Oke Developments Inc. and the Corporation of the Municipality of
Lambton Shores.
