Suspended for 60 days. This suspension is <strong>of</strong> the person’s CDL only.<br />

M20CDLRAIL S Driver <strong>of</strong> a CMV who is not required <strong>to</strong> always s<strong>to</strong>p at a railroad-highway grade<br />

crossing was convicted <strong>of</strong> failure <strong>to</strong> slow down and check that tracks are clear <strong>of</strong><br />

approaching train. Suspended for 60 days. This suspension is <strong>of</strong> the person’s CDL<br />

only.<br />

M21CDLRAIL S Driver <strong>of</strong> a CMV who is not required <strong>to</strong> always s<strong>to</strong>p at a railroad-highway grade<br />

crossing was convicted <strong>of</strong> failure <strong>to</strong> s<strong>to</strong>p before reaching track when the tracks are<br />

not clear. Suspended for 60 days. This suspension is <strong>of</strong> the person’s CDL only.<br />

M22CDLRAIL S Driver <strong>of</strong> a CMV who is not required <strong>to</strong> always s<strong>to</strong>p at a railroad-highway grade<br />

crossing was convicted <strong>of</strong> failure <strong>to</strong> s<strong>to</strong>p as required before driving on<strong>to</strong> the crossing.<br />

Suspended for 60 days. This suspension is <strong>of</strong> the person’s CDL only.<br />

M23CDLRAIL S Driver <strong>of</strong> a CMV was convicted <strong>of</strong> failing <strong>to</strong> have sufficient space <strong>to</strong> drive completely<br />

through a railroad-highway grade crossing without s<strong>to</strong>pping. Suspended for 60 days.<br />

This suspension is <strong>of</strong> the person’s CDL only.<br />

M24CDLRAIL S Driver <strong>of</strong> a CMV was convicted <strong>of</strong> failing <strong>to</strong> negotiate a railroad-highway grade<br />

crossing because <strong>of</strong> insufficient undercarriage clearance. Suspended for 60 days.<br />

This suspension is <strong>of</strong> the person’s CDL only.<br />

MANSLAUTR R Driver revoked for 10 years for a conviction <strong>of</strong> manslaughter resulting from the<br />

operation <strong>of</strong> a mo<strong>to</strong>r vehicle. If the person was incarcerated as a result <strong>of</strong> the<br />

conviction, the revocation period will not begin until DMV receives notice that they<br />

have been released from incarceration. Older revocation entries will show a five year<br />

revocation period.<br />

MANSLTR/P R Driver convicted <strong>of</strong> manslaughter resulting from the operation <strong>of</strong> a mo<strong>to</strong>r vehicle.<br />

Revoked permanently by court order. Person may petition the court <strong>to</strong> res<strong>to</strong>re driving<br />

privileges no sooner than ten years from the date the person is released from<br />

incarceration.<br />

MANSL/INC R Driver convicted <strong>of</strong> manslaughter resulting from the operation <strong>of</strong> a mo<strong>to</strong>r vehicle.<br />

Sentencing included incarceration. The revocation is imposed upon notice <strong>of</strong><br />

conviction, but has no end date until DMV receives notice <strong>of</strong> the person’s release<br />

from incarceration for this and any other crime arising from the same criminal<br />

episode. The revocation period ends ten years from the date <strong>of</strong> release from<br />

incarceration.<br />

MDODNYTST1 C Medical Determination Officer has denied further testing.<br />

Suspended until the person establishes eligibility under ORS 807.090.<br />

mo<strong>to</strong>r vehicle. Suspended until the person establishes eligibility under ORS 807.090.<br />

MED RECERT S Immediate suspension under the At-Risk Driver manda<strong>to</strong>ry medical program<br />

recertification process.<br />

MED S S State Hospital Superintendent informed DMV that driver is not competent <strong>to</strong> drive.<br />

Suspended until DMV receives recommendation <strong>of</strong> the State Hospital<br />

Superintendent, a judicial decree <strong>of</strong> competency, or a favorable determination from<br />

the Medical Determination Officer.<br />

MED V S Driver’s vision does not meet state vision standards. Suspended until driver’s vision<br />

meets state vision standards.<br />

MED1 S Immediate suspension under the At-Risk Driver manda<strong>to</strong>ry medical reporting<br />

program.<br />

MED2 S Immediate suspension under the At-Risk Driver manda<strong>to</strong>ry medical reporting<br />
