M22CDLRAIL S Driver of a CMV who is not required to always stop at a railroad-highway grade crossing was convicted of failure to stop as required before driving onto the crossing. Suspended for 60 days. This suspension is of the person’s CDL only. MANSLAUTR R Driver revoked for 10 years for a conviction of manslaughter resulting from the operation of a motor vehicle. If the person was incarcerated as a result of the conviction, the revocation period will not begin until DMV receives notice that they have been released from incarceration.
