SODEXO SHARES<br />
Sodexo shares are listed on list A of Eurolist by<br />
NYSE-Euronext Paris (euronext code: fr 0000121220),<br />
and are included in the next 20 index. Since as a result<br />
of its voluntary delisting from the New York Stock<br />
Exchange, Sodexo American Depositary Receipts (adrs)<br />
are traded on the over the counter (OTC) market,<br />
ticker SDXAY, each ADR representing one Sodexo share.<br />
The initial listing was on March 2, 1983 at an adjusted<br />
price of 1.55 euro. As of August 31, <strong>2007</strong>, the closing<br />
share price was 48.38 euro.<br />

Over the period, the value of the share has multiplied by<br />
31, while the CAC 40 has multiplied by 15.2 representing<br />
a progression by Sodexo of two times that of the CAC 40.<br />
Since being listed on the stock exchange the Sodexo<br />
share has on average, and excluding dividends,<br />
increased by 15.1%.<br />
During the last calendar year, the shares of Sodexo<br />
increased by 16.4% while the increase in the CAC 40<br />
over the same period was 9.6%. As of August 31, <strong>2007</strong><br />
the market capitalization of Sodexo totaled 7.7 billion euro.<br />
