Emergency Management Institute (CFDA Numbers:
97.026, 97.027, 97.28) – Program provides training and
education to the fire service, its allied professions, emergency
management officials, and the general public.
Fire Management Assistance Grant Program (CFDA
Number: 97.046) – Program provides assistance for the
mitigation, management, and control of fires on publicly or
privately owned forests or grasslands, which threaten such
destruction as would constitute a major disaster.
Flood Mitigation Assistance Program (CFDA Number:
97.029) – Program provides funding to assist states and
communities in implementing measures to reduce or eliminate
the long-term risk of flood damage to buildings, manufactured
homes, and other structures insurable under the NFIP.
Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (CFDA Number: 97.039)
– Program provides grants to states and local governments to
implement long-term hazard mitigation measures after a major
disaster declaration.
Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) (CFDA
Number: 97.067) – HSGP is comprised of five interconnected
grant programs:

• Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI)
