play soccer on a team called Bay Oaks. I play<br />
mid-field. I have been playing soccer ever since I<br />
could kick a ball.<br />
I play soccer, I swim, and I’m also part of a<br />
Debka group, which is a traditional dance in<br />

names? I have a little sister named Meilin, and<br />
she is 7 years old. I like to skateboard with her.<br />
Yes. I have one sister and two brothers. Their<br />
names are Emily, Gabi, and Khalil.<br />
Do you have any pets? If so, what animal(s) are<br />
they and what are their names? I have a dog,<br />
named Tucker. He is a little more than a year old.<br />
We got him from a breeder named Nacina.<br />
Now I don’t, but we will move to a new<br />
house and we will have a dog. We will call her<br />
Chocolate.<br />
What would a typical Friday at school be like<br />
for you? I arrive at school at 8:45, and we do<br />
monitor jobs. My monitor job is at lunchtime.<br />
Then we have a spelling test. Then we have a<br />
math quiz. Recess is next. Then we work on our<br />
most recent project. Then lunchtime. (That’s<br />
when I do my job.) After lunch, we have an event<br />
where the whole school comes together and<br />
sings some songs. After that, we go back to our<br />
classroom, and have Current Events in which the<br />
Class Leaders report to us about the most recent<br />
happenings. Then it’s room time. Room time, is<br />
when we get to do whatever we like inside our<br />
classroom.<br />
I don’t have school on Friday, so I will tell you<br />
about Thursday. Thursday I don’t study because<br />
after that day comes Friday. I play with my sister<br />
and sometimes I play with my uncle.<br />
Who is/are your best friend(s) and what do you<br />
like to do with them? My best friends are Ellie<br />
and Cecily. We like to jump rope together. We’re<br />
getting pretty good!<br />
My best friend is Zein. I like to play with her.<br />
What’s your favorite subject in school and why?<br />
My favorite subject is spelling because I like to<br />
challenge myself with different words. I also like<br />
Social Studies, because now we’re studying<br />
Japan.<br />
My favorite subject in school is P.E. because I<br />
play football.<br />
What is your favorite dessert? My favorite<br />
dessert is peanut butter cookies, because I like<br />
the taste of peanut butter. I like to help my mom<br />
bake sometimes.<br />
My favorite dessert is chickenburger because<br />
it’s delicious.<br />

she like? My teacher’s name is Kris Lee. She is<br />
from Korea, and she is very fun.<br />
My teacher’s name is Maha. She likes to do<br />
