week depending on the week, but I broke my toe<br />
doing it recently, so I won’t be going for a while. I<br />
don’t play any musical instruments.<br />
I play football and basketball and I play on the<br />

What is you favorite thing to do in your free<br />
time? I like to find ways to incorporate parkour<br />
into the playground, my house and any thing<br />
else I can find. But now that I am on crutches, I<br />
can’t really do it anymore.<br />
I like to play on the iPad and the Galazy Tab.<br />
Can you describe your home to me? My house<br />
has two-stories. It is on a steep hill. The two<br />
notable things about it are, one, we have a<br />
climbing wall, and two a trapdoor with a ladder to<br />
get downstairs.<br />
My house is so big. I live in a building and we<br />
have 5 rooms and a kitchen and many things.<br />
Describe a regular day in your life. I wake up, get<br />
dressed, go downstairs, eat breakfast fast, get<br />
ready for school, brush my teeth, go to school,<br />
come back home, do homework, eat dinner,<br />
read and go to sleep.<br />

va ca tion. There’s no school, homework or tests.<br />
What do you like to do in the snow? I like sledding<br />
and skiing, because you can go fast.<br />

name is Miya, and I am a girl.<br />
My name is Nour, and I’m 10 years old.<br />
When is your birthday? I am 10. I will be 11 on<br />

have one older brother. His name is Jake and he<br />
is 13. He will be 14 on April 11. We like to play<br />

and on July 8 she will be 15. We like to play with<br />
our dog together.<br />
What grade are you in? How many students are<br />
in your grade? I am in 5th grade, and there are<br />
34 kids in my grade.<br />

we have a large party at our house and invite my<br />

I celebrate all holidays. My favorite holidays<br />
are Easter and Christmas. We usually celebrate<br />
them with our family and cousins in Jordan.<br />
What kinds of food do you like and why? My<br />
favorite food is sushi because there is a variety.<br />
Sushi is made with fish or vegetables wrapped in<br />
rice and seaweed.<br />
My favorite food is also sushi because I love<br />
the way it’s wrapped and its taste.<br />
What is your favorite subject at school, and<br />
why? My favorite subject is art because I can<br />
express my creativity. I mostly like painting, and<br />
sketching.<br />
