7 Maintenance<br />
Dismantling and<br />
rinsing the<br />
cappuccino nozzle<br />
T Carefully pull off the cappuccino nozzle.<br />
T Dismantle the cappuccino nozzle completely.<br />
T Rinse all the nozzle parts thoroughly under running water.<br />
T Reassemble the cappuccino nozzle and attach it once more<br />
to the connector.<br />
Removing <strong>for</strong>eign<br />
objects<br />
Even the highest-quality coffee beans can contain <strong>for</strong>eign objects.<br />
These can block the grinder.<br />
Q T Switch your machine off with the On/Off button.<br />
3 T Switch your machine off at the power switch.<br />
T Open the cover of the bean container and remove the aroma<br />
preservation cover.<br />
T Remove the beans with a vacuum cleaner.<br />
T Position the grinder key.<br />
T Turn the key counterclockwise until the jammed <strong>for</strong>eign<br />
object is released, and remove the object.<br />
T Fill the bean container with coffee beans, then close the<br />
aroma preservation cover and the bean container cover.<br />
Cleaning the bean<br />
container<br />
Coffee beans may be covered with a slight oil film which remains on<br />
the walls of the bean container. These residues may negatively affect<br />
the coffee results. For this reason clean the bean container from<br />
time to time.<br />
Precondition: COFFEE READY / FILL BEANS is shown on<br />
the display.<br />
Q T Switch your machine off with the On/Off button.<br />
3 T Switch your machine off at the power switch.<br />
T Open the cover of the bean container and remove the aroma<br />
preservation cover.<br />
