Project Notes
1. Major Activities:
The GC continues with MEP through Area C (cafeteria, gym and
music rooms). Interior finishes are ongoing. Final paint and VCT
flooring has commenced in Area B (classrooms). Above ceiling
inspections are complete in Area B and Area A; the GC is addressing
the above ceiling deficiencies.
2. Key Issues and Concerns:
Contractor appears to be approximately 2-3 weeks behind schedule.
Part of this is due to late install of permanent power by CenterPoint.
