1 Scope<br />
The <strong>ACG</strong> <strong>HF</strong> <strong>Multi</strong> <strong>ISO</strong> <strong>Reader</strong> Module supports a broad range of tags compliant<br />
with <strong>ISO</strong> 14443 type A and B standards, including SR176 tags, tags which belong to<br />
the Philips Mifare ® family, <strong>ISO</strong> 15693 tags, <strong>ISO</strong> 18000-3, EPC and UID tags. An open<br />
command structure allows the device to communicate with tags that use an operating<br />
system. The read/write unit supports <strong>ISO</strong> 14443-4 layer with automatic chaining, 256<br />
byte buffer and frame length, extended time framing and up to 848kBaud<br />
transmission rates over the air interface.<br />
Additionally this unit implements a DES cipher which enables to use mifare®<br />
DESFire tags. These tags are designed for use in high security algorithms.<br />
A SAM interface is also available.<br />

Ticketing using standard Mifare® cards<br />
