12.3 Register Set<br />
The reader has several system flags used for customization purposes. The flags are<br />
stored in its non-volatile EEPROM. The reader accepts changes to these settings<br />
only during the start-up phase. Clearing all RFU bits is recommended in order to<br />
guarantee compatibility with future releases.<br />
The reader can store up to 32 authentication keys internally to login standard Mifare<br />
cards. An additional 32 keys can be stored for DESFire authentication. All keys are<br />
read only and cannot be accessed via the interface lines.<br />
