Dreher’s Budapest brewery operates a certified ISO 14001 environmental management system (EMS) – a first in the food and brewing industries in that country. Training involves a wide range of staff, who attend courses aimed at conveying the benefits of the ISO 14001 standard, and explain staff responsibilities in implementing an environmental policy.
