SCE&G: The Audit Committee Charter requires the Audit Committee to pre-approve all auditing services and permitted nonaudit services (including the fees and terms thereof) to be performed by the independent registered accounting firm. Pursuant to a policy adopted by the Audit Committee, its Chairman may pre-approve the rendering of services on behalf of the Audit Committee. Decisions by the Chairman to pre-approve the rendering of services are presented to the Audit Committee at its next scheduled meeting.
