It was a study on seasonal agricultural child labour, conducted in 2002, which brought together the founders of the Development Workshop. Thus the main area of activity of the Workshop since its foundation in 2004 has been seasonal agricultural work and children. The Workshop is determined to continue its efforts to reduce the adverse effects of seasonal agricultural work on children. Financial support for the Baseline Study Concerning Children of the 6-14 Age Group Affected By Seasonal Agricultural Migration port was provided by the Netherlands Embassy of Turkey as part of the Human Rights Program.
