• The processes which are effectively and
efficiently coordinating and linking activities
with the purpose is to create and add a bundle
of benefit and value to stakeholders through
the chain (Theppitak, 2003)
• Distribution channel includes connection or
linking by a common process to stakeholders
• Integration means the coordination of a network
of separate operations to achieve common
objectives in physical & information flow.
