Montage DML 507 - 520
1. Gasversorgung unterbrechen.
2. Bei Werkstoffpaarung Aluminium-Aluminium:
Vor dem Eindichten Innen- und
Aussengewinde mit geeignetem
Gleitmittel einsprühen.
3. Eindichten.
Durchflußrichtung auf dem Gehäuse
beachten (Pfeil)
4. Anschluß des Stellantriebes:
Anleitung des jeweiligen Herstellers
beachten!
Drehschieberstellung überprüfen.
5. Elektrischen Anschluß herstellen,
Anleitung des jeweiligen
Herstellers beachten!
6. Nach Abschluß der Arbeiten
Dichtheits- und Funktionskontrolle
durchführen.
Installing DML 507 - 520
1. Stop the gas supply.
2. With aluminium - aluminium
material combination:
Spray with suitable lubricant before
sealing the inner and outer
threads.
3. Seal the valve.
Take notice of direction of flow on
the housing (arrow)
4. Connecting the actuator drives:
Follow the manufacturer’s
directions!
Check the position of the rotary
disk valve.
5. Connect to power supply.
Follow the manufacturer’s
directions!
6. On completion of work
Test for integrity and proper functioning.

Main quantity restrictor on
DML 510 - 520
It is possible to adjust the max.
volumetric flow rate with the main
quantity restrictor on DML 510,
DML 515 and DML 520.
Hexagon socket wrench No. 2,5
Turn the adjusting screw clockwise
to reduce the aperture of the rotary
slide valve. The pressure gradient
across the motorised flow restrictor
begins to increase.
Turn the adjusting screw anticlockwise
to reduce the pressure
gradient across the motorised flow
restrictor.
The motorised flow restrictor can be
adapted on site in this way.

regelmässige Überprüfung
von Heizungsanlagen zur
langfristigen Sicherstellung
von hohen Nutzungsgraden
und somit geringster
Umweltbelastung. Es
besteht die Notwendigkeit
sicherheitsrelevante
Komponenten nach Erreichen
ihrer Nutzungsdauer
auszutauschen.
Diese Empfehlung gilt
nur für Heizungsanlagen
und nicht für Thermprozessanwendungen.
