Recruitment is achieved via a web based<br />
e-recruitment portal which provides a platform<br />

the process. At the <strong>Access</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> School of<br />
<strong>Bank</strong>ing Excellence, the performance of each<br />
trainee is set against clear <strong>and</strong> objectively<br />
defined benchmarks. The level of performance<br />
against these benchmark(s) determines the<br />
trainees’ absorption into the organisation <strong>and</strong><br />
subsequent performance evaluation.<br />
