Remarks. The letters "EP" are <strong>typical</strong> of all<strong>Belgian</strong> <strong>fuzes</strong><br />

(EP=*Ecole de Pyrotechnic).<br />

This fuze is made in three patterns, which are externally the<br />

same, but have slight differences in the strength of springs, etc.<br />

The pattern used with gun ammuniti<strong>on</strong>" bears no additi<strong>on</strong>al mark,<br />

that used with howitzers is marked O," <strong>and</strong> that with mortars
