You may make your housing reservations<br />
through the online reservation system,<br />
Experient, found on the SOT <strong>Annual</strong><br />
<strong>Meeting</strong> website.<br />
The <strong>Society</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Toxicology</strong> has reserved and<br />
arranged for SOT <strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Meeting</strong> attendee<br />
discounted room rates at various San<br />
Francisco, hotels—known as the SOT hotel<br />
block. This block includes discounted room<br />
rates at many premier hotel chains.<br />
SOT depends on the <strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Meeting</strong><br />
revenue to fund other programs throughout<br />
the year and to keep future registration fees<br />
low. Please assist the <strong>Society</strong> by making your<br />
hotel reservation through Experient.<br />
Room Sharing Program<br />
The <strong>Society</strong> is pleased to provide a Room<br />
Sharing Program to those registered for<br />
the <strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Meeting</strong>. It is available to each<br />
meeting registrant who voluntarily enrolls<br />
in the program and accepts the terms <strong>of</strong> the<br />
legal disclaimer. This program allows SOT<br />
<strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Meeting</strong> Registrants to identify<br />
others with whom a room might be shared.<br />
Access this option from the <strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Meeting</strong><br />
section <strong>of</strong> the SOT website.<br />
Hotel Reservation Information<br />
The deadline date for new housing reservations<br />
is February 3, 2012. Between February 4<br />
and February 13, hotels will be downloading<br />
their lists and no changes can be made. After<br />
February 13, you may call the hotels directly<br />
to make any changes to reservations.<br />
For information regarding your hotel room<br />
reservation on-site, please visit the SOT<br />
Housing Desk, located in, the SOT registration<br />
area <strong>of</strong> the Moscone Convention Center.<br />

Confirmations<br />
Hotel confirmations will be emailed, faxed,<br />
or mailed to you from Experient once your<br />
reservation has been booked. You will not<br />
receive a confirmation from your hotel. If<br />
you do not receive confirmation within two<br />
weeks, please call Experient at 800.424.5256<br />

Changes and Cancellations<br />
The deadline date for new reservations is<br />
Friday, February 3, 2012. Between February 4<br />
and February 13, hotels will be downloading<br />
their lists and no changes can be made. After<br />
February 13, you may call the hotels directly<br />
to make any changes to reservations. Please<br />
ask the hotel to send you a new email or fax<br />
confirmation showing the new change. All<br />
cancellations made within 72 hours prior to<br />
the day <strong>of</strong> arrival will be charged the first<br />
night’s room and tax by the hotel. Early<br />
departures are subject to penalty fees set by<br />
the hotel.<br />
For best availability and immediate confirmation,<br />
make your hotel reservation via<br />
Internet or telephone. Faxed and mailed<br />
housing requests will take longer to process<br />
and your hotel selections may become<br />
unavailable.<br />

Regional Chapter, is hosting special activities at the Lawrence Hall <strong>of</strong> Science so that visitors<br />
are engaged in activities related to toxicology and explore toxicology careers.<br />
