Registration<br />
Registration<br />
Tickets<br />
Tickets are required for Continuing Education<br />
courses and some other events. If you have<br />
these events on your registration form, your<br />
tickets will be issued with your meeting badge.<br />
<strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Meeting</strong> registration is required to<br />
participate in CE or special events.<br />
Confirmation<br />
Online registrants will receive an electronic<br />
confirmation following registration. All<br />
registrants will be mailed a registration<br />
confirmation, name badge, and Continuing<br />
Education and/or event ticket(s) before the<br />
meeting if your Registration Form is received<br />
by January 27, 2012. If your registration is<br />
received after January 27, you can pick up<br />
your badge and tickets at the “BADGE PICK<br />
UP ONLY” registration counters on-site.<br />
Cancellation Refund Policy<br />
All requests for cancellations and/or<br />
refunds must be received in writing at<br />
SOT Headquarters by February 17, 2012.<br />
These refunds will be processed, less a<br />
$50 cancellation fee, following the <strong>Annual</strong><br />
<strong>Meeting</strong>. Refund requests received after<br />
February 17, 2012, will not be processed.<br />

To register exhibitor booth staff, please visit<br />
www.<strong>ToxExpo</strong>.com and log into the Exhibitor<br />
Service Center using your password, which<br />
was provided in your booth confirmation<br />
email. For more information, please email<br />
