4 th Quarter Federal Response: Action step and benchmarks needs further clarification regarding progress to date.<br />
5 th Quarter Report: In the analysis <strong>of</strong> the QCR reports, 2 cases <strong>of</strong> the 24 read indicated areas <strong>of</strong> needing improvement. There may be<br />
identified health needs and services <strong>of</strong> children that are not being met while in foster care.<br />
6 th Quarter Report: It appears from the Social <strong>Services</strong> Quarterly Report on Qualitative Case Reviews conducted in January through<br />
March, that there were no identifiable factors that contributed to the needs and services <strong>of</strong> children and families not being met while in<br />
foster care. The report concluded from the sample <strong>of</strong> case reviewed in this report that parents were provided with an array <strong>of</strong> services<br />
to meet their case plan goals and children were referred for services and appropriately follow-up occurred to assure service<br />
implementation when needed in all but seven cases rated as needing improvements.<br />
