4 th Quarter Federal Response: This action step due date was November 2003; it is not clear when the State will develop statewide<br />
training opportunities for managers.<br />
5 th Quarter Report: The web-based training has been piloted and is ready for rollout. In addition, training in all functions <strong>of</strong> IDS<br />
Online is currently being provided to all social services workers and their supervisors in instructor-led training. The full training<br />
project will be completed by April 30, 2004. On-going training for new workers will be provided by the DFCS Technology unit until<br />
the Education and Research Section (formerly Pr<strong>of</strong>essional Development Section) has developed and implemented the new social<br />
services training plan to include technology and data reporting. It is expected that the new training plan will be implemented in SFY<br />
2005. Evaluation and Reporting will be able to pull reports to compare data integrity improvement.<br />
6 th Quarter Report: Achieved. Statewide training opportunities for managers has been developed, and much <strong>of</strong> the training has been<br />
provided. Managers attended instructor-led training in January 2004 for Targeted Case Management. They also attended full<br />
IDSOnline training during February through April 2004. The final session will be held April 29, 2004. In addition, supervisory<br />
training on both IDSOnline and CPRS will be provided on a regional basis beginning April 30, 2004.<br />
