6 th Quarter Report: ACHIEVED. The CPRS Basic Training and the CPRS advanced training both have a component that discusses places<br />
siblings together. In SFY 2003, 1200 workers and their supervisors were trained in either Basic or Advanced training. In SFY2004, 377<br />
additional workers and supervisors were trained in Basic, Advanced or Supervisory training. In each session, placement <strong>of</strong> siblings was<br />
stressed and staff were instructed on how to document their efforts in the Case Plan Reporting System. New Worker Training includes<br />
training on documenting the efforts to place siblings together in the CPRS.<br />

Efforts to place siblings in the same home will be<br />
documented in at least 90% <strong>of</strong> cases by June 2004.<br />
1 st Quarter Report: Goal 2, Steps 1 - 4: A workgroup is being formed to address changes needed to improve the Supervisory Review<br />
Form and implementation process. The committee is aware <strong>of</strong> PIP requirements to place siblings together, if possible or feasible. They<br />
expect to revise the Supervisory Review Form to document efforts to place siblings together.<br />
