from the books by Arnold Lobel, reading <strong>and</strong> fishing together. Reward the children who come<br />

to your program by stamping their h<strong>and</strong> at the end of the program.<br />

Costumes <strong>and</strong> Props<br />

To make the program visual <strong>and</strong> fun, sit in a small inflatable swimming pool while you read the<br />

stories. Wear a brightly colored Hawaiian shirt <strong>and</strong> straw hat.<br />

“gr<strong>and</strong>otota” for the word “pequeñita,” or, in English, “great big” instead of “eensy, weensy.”)<br />
