2. Acts as a liaison between the SCNA Chapters and the Board of Directors.<br />
3. Serves as the official spokesperson to the Board of Directors concerning issues affecting the<br />
SCNA Chapters.<br />
SCNA Chapter Meetings<br />
1. Chairs and presides over all meetings of the Chairs of the SCNA Chapters.<br />
2. Supervises the affairs of all SCNA Chapters and collaborate with chapters for Chapter growth,<br />
prosperity and creation of new chapters.<br />
3. Reports activities of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee to the Chapter Chairs<br />
Meeting.<br />
4. Chairs the SCNA Chapter Awards Committee<br />
5. Ensures that all Chapters have representation on the SCNA Legislative Committee and the SCNA<br />
<strong>Convention</strong> Planning Team.<br />

Current Year Activities: Continued support of plans for updating the Nurse Practice Act in relation to<br />
practice of APRNs. Continued support of activities related to the Coalition to the Access to Health Care.<br />
Continued work with SCNA <strong>Convention</strong> planning committee for sessions at the 2104 SCNA <strong>Convention</strong><br />
and 21st Annual Pharmacology Conference<br />
