Properties can be leased from a landlord or<br />
real estate agent. You can move into an already<br />
established share house, or you can set one up with<br />
friends or acquaintances. Remember to consider<br />
your compatibility with each other. Living with<br />
co-tena<strong>nts</strong> is usually the most affordable housing<br />
option as many of the costs can be shared.<br />
