10. Conduct in the Camp<br />
Bawling, screening, and unduly loud shouting in the<br />
camp prohibited.•<br />
Prisoners will enter. Or leave barracks and billets only<br />
•through the proper entrances or exits. Prisoners will be, fired on<br />
without warning if ,they climb' througha barrack windewHhy day or<br />
night, , ascend•the barrack root' without An order, throw stones over.<br />
the camp walls, leave the barracks At night between. lights out and<br />
reveille.<br />
Consequences will be.the . same <strong>for</strong> a prisoner who,' unless<br />
acting on instructions or with permission, enter the neutral zone<br />
bounded by the paling.<br />
It is <strong>for</strong>bidden to congregate in the vicinity of the<br />
wire obstruction 'near the paling. If this order is contravened,<br />
prisoners will, be shot.mt to kill. Orders of the camp sentries will<br />
be obeyed without delay; if necessary, an order may be en<strong>for</strong>ced by<br />
the use of arms.<br />

12. The Medical Officer of the Cam,<br />
The medical officer of the camp will attend to the<br />
sick . but not to those unwilling to work. Any prisoner reporting,<br />
sick without either genuine reason or who by doing so is trying to<br />
avoid work will be transferred to the department <strong>for</strong> "punitive<br />
labour" (Strafarbeit). Prisoners will submit themselves <strong>for</strong> medical<br />
examination on the day of . reporting sick. Anyone declared fit <strong>for</strong><br />
work by the MO will be detailed <strong>for</strong> punitive labour. Men already •<br />
under the dept. "punitive labour" will if reporting sick without<br />
genuine reason, be punished in accordance with the Disciplinary and<br />
Penal Code.<br />
