activity which reflects the international nature of the<br />

…Streamlining our financial resources with third-party asset<br />
management<br />
TOUAX provides asset management services for thirdparty<br />
investors and receives management commissions in<br />
addition to revenue from our own assets. Third party<br />
investment produce additional revenue streams and<br />
improve the profitability of our equity without tying up<br />
capital.<br />
These are long-term management contracts (averaging<br />
10 years) which ensure recurring cash flows for the Group.<br />
...and our international development policy.<br />
TOUAX is pursuing its international growth strategy in<br />
order to diversify, increase market shares and generate<br />
economies of scale. TOUAX operates across five<br />
continents, and 87% of generated turnover is outside<br />
France. We continue to develop our position in emerging<br />
countries.<br />
