“We confirm that we have taken every reasonable measure to ensure that, to the best of our knowledge, the information in this<br />
reference document gives a true and fair view and does not contain any omission likely to change the scope thereof.<br />
We confirm to the best of our knowledge that the financial statements were prepared in accordance with applicable accounting<br />
standards and give a true and fair view of the assets, financial position and profit or loss of the Group as well as all consolidated<br />
companies, and the management <strong>report</strong> in section 26.1 on page 104 herein presents a true and fair view of the development and<br />
performance of the business, profit or loss and financial position of the Group and all consolidated companies, together with a<br />
description of the principal risks and uncertainties that it faces.<br />
We have received the auditors’ consent letter, in which they confirm that they have checked the information relating to the financial<br />
position and the accounts provided in this document and that they have read all the information herein.<br />
The consolidated historical financial information for the year ending December 31, <strong>2010</strong> is described in the auditors' <strong>report</strong>s,<br />
appearing on pages 97 to 98 of this document, as well as those incorporated as a reference for the 2009 and 2008 fiscal years. For<br />
the 2009 fiscal year, the auditors stated in their <strong>report</strong> on consolidated financial statements, which appears on page 120 of the 2009<br />
reference document submitted to the AMF on April 12, <strong>2010</strong> under visa number D.10-0247, the existence of new standards and<br />
interpretations that the TOUAX Group applied starting on January 1, 2009.”<br />
