✜ Listing Details
After obtaining the approval from Members at the last Annual General Meeting
held on 22nd July, 2003, the Company made an application for delisting of its
shares to the Calcutta Stock Exchange, Delhi Stock Exchange and Madras Stock
Exchange. Approval from the Delhi and Madras Stock Exchanges have been
received and the approval from the Calcutta Stock Exchange is expected
shortly. Hence, the Company’s shares are effectively listed and traded on the
Mumbai and National Stock Exchanges only. The Company’s GDRs are listed on
the London Stock Exchange.
