Hygienic Practices for Food
Safety, which are the units
necessary to obtain a Food
Safety Supervisors Certificate.

Representative - Off Campus
This Distance Education course
is the first step in establishing
your career in real estate
by becoming an Agents’
Representative, enabling you to
perform a variety of real estate
roles under the supervision
of a licensed Estate Agent.
Materials and assessments are
sent to you by mail. The course
includes the following subjects:
• Work in the real estate
industry.
• Identify legal and ethical
requirements of property sales
to complete agency work.
• Identify legal and ethical
requirements of property
management to complete
agency work.
This program is assessed
by three tests and three
assignments, and you will be
supported in your studies by
a qualified Real Estate Tutor.
The course cost is all inclusive
and includes all books and mail
costs. Prerequisites: You must
be 18 years of age or older and
meet other requirements for
eligibility as stated by the Estate
Agents Act.
