Copolymer-Liner
The 6Y90 and 6Y92 Copolymer liners are basic,cylindrical shaped, textilecovered
liners made from a thermo-formable copolymer. The userfriendly
copolymer has a medical grade mineral oilwhich helps moisturize dry skin
and contains an antioxidant which traps free radicals and hydroxylgroups.
The liner protects the patient’s residual limb witha 10mm distal cushion
pad and a tapered wall thickness of 5.5mm to 3.5mm proximal. The
Copolymer liners are suitable for amputees in the low to moderate activity
levels and perform best in a total contact socket design.
The 6Y90 Copolymer liner works in combination with the 6A30 shuttle
locks.
The 6Y92 Copolymer liner is ideal for valve system sockets in combination
with the 4R140 One-way valve and the 453A2 Derma protection sleeve.
