Professional oven EB 388.<br />
Top c<strong>he</strong>fs love this <strong>G<strong>ag</strong>g<strong>enau</strong></strong> classic. Though you<br />
wouldn’t know it from looking at it, t<strong>he</strong> EB 388 is our<br />
oldest model. <strong>T<strong>he</strong></strong> design has been so timeless for t<strong>he</strong><br />
past 20 years that it still sets standards. And now as<br />
t<strong>he</strong>n, it’s manufactured almost entirely by hand – a real<br />
professional appliance.<br />
• Dimensions: 90 cm wide; net volume of 78 litres; space for<br />
three to four joints, large-sized game or a small lamb.<br />
• Eleven <strong>he</strong>ating methods: Electronic temperature control from<br />
50°C to 300°C. A special feature of t<strong>he</strong> EB 388 is that top<br />
<strong>he</strong>at can be combined with 1 ⁄ 3 bottom <strong>he</strong>at, and bottom<br />
<strong>he</strong>at with 1 ⁄ 3 top <strong>he</strong>at. Ideal for finishing off a roast, or w<strong>he</strong>n<br />
baking or making gratins.<br />
• Core temperature probe: Switc<strong>he</strong>s off t<strong>he</strong> oven automatically<br />
w<strong>he</strong>n a roast or fish has reac<strong>he</strong>d t<strong>he</strong> desired temperature.<br />

• Pyrolytic system and <strong>G<strong>ag</strong>g<strong>enau</strong></strong> enamel: Practically nothing<br />
sticks to this special blue enamel surface. Any stubborn<br />
stains are removed during automatic self-cleaning, after which<br />
t<strong>he</strong>y can simply be wiped away.<br />
• Rotisserie spit: Special accessory for rotisserie lovers. <strong>T<strong>he</strong></strong><br />
spit is inserted vertically in a single manoeuvre, and operated<br />
via a motor.<br />
• Baking stone: Special accessory for pizzas, bread or pastries.<br />
