new Scania R500CB 8x4 MSZ with CR19N sleeper cab. The new
truck has been fitted with Kraft Engineering logging gear and a fouraxle
trailer. Aysha Logging are based in Ruakaka, close to Marsden
Port, and will operate all over Northland.

A 500hp worldrenowned
Scania
V8 with manual
gearbox and the RP735 axle set. Transporting logs from local
forestry to port and sawmills is the main task for the R500.

A very sharp looking 620hp Scania in fleet colours for Maheno
Transport. A highline cab was spec’d for this application with
leather seats, a fridge and manual gearbox to name a few. A fitting
tribute to the late Johnny Johnston.
Customer: Marsden Transport Solutions Ltd Model: R620
Marsden Transport Solutions Ltd owners, Glen and Suzie Curran,
have now taken delivery of their sixth new Scania in as many
months. Their sixth addition is an R620CB 8x4 MSZ logging spec
chassis with GRSO905R overdrive transmission, hub-reduction and
CR19N Sleeper cab configuration. The truck has been fitted with
Patchells logging bolsters and a Patchells four-axle logging trailer
which joins their other R620, an R500 and three R560CB 8x4 MSZs.
They will all be operating throughout Northland.

Dave, from MJR transport in Tauranga, has just put this immaculatelypresented
R560 on the road. The unit is a two-pedal Opticruise and
is fitted with twin lake pipes and a Legend-series interior. Dave is
wrapped with the great fuel economy.

Kerepehi
Transport Ltd have
just put into action
this fine example
of a Scania heavy
haul unit. Kerepehi
is situated on the
Hauraki Plains
and is owned and
operated by the Challis family. This R500CA 6X4 MHZ tractor unit has
hub-reduction diffs, a two-pedal Opticruise gearbox and high chassis
height. Kerepehi did the fitting-out of the truck themselves. This truck
looks exceptional on the road.

Robbie McGowan has put this beautifully-presented V8 730 tractor
to work for Mainfreight, based in Rotorua. Robbie carts all over New
Zealand and is really enjoying his new truck. The picture on the
back wall explains it all!

bath tub tipper. This is the
first Scania into this big
Auckland fleet. The truck
features an Adams and
Currie Ltd tipping deck,
high construction chassis, factory paint job and super single tyres on
rims on the front axles. This unit can be seen working on the major
Waterview extension in West Auckland. So look out for BIGROC in
your rearview mirrors next time your are in the big smoke.

Paul Jensen operates Fresha Valley Milk from his base in Waipu,
Northland and has recently taken delivery of a new Scania
R560LB560MSA with CR19N sleeper cab and two-pedal Opticruise
gearshift system. The chassis has been fitted with a stainless steel
milk tanker which will make collections and deliveries around the
upper North Island. This new Scania will work along side a number
of other Scanias that Paul owns and operates.
