ITALIAN FORUM Upcoming events: American Mixer on Wednesday,<br />
The Italian Forum <strong>Club</strong> is a social club that is open to all<br />
<strong>Sun</strong> <strong>City</strong> members. It is a multi-national club that hosts<br />
several events during the year with an Italian-style flavor.<br />
Our events include exciting entertainment, dancing, good<br />
food and raffles.<br />

LIFELONG LEARNING<br />
The LLL Center pursues knowledge through lectures and<br />
discussions. Members free; non-members, free for three<br />
presentations, then you must join. Programs are in the<br />
<strong>Anthem</strong> Center (Delaware Room.)<br />
The Life Long Learning Center is looking for speakers. If<br />
interested or know of anyone interested, please do not<br />
hesitate to contact me. Any and all topics are welcome. Al<br />

Since programs are scheduled well in advance,<br />
cancellations and changes for various reasons are<br />
inevitable. Every effort is made to inform the membership<br />

a ???? submarine. Sam Aboulafia will share some of his<br />
experiences of 5 ½ years on a nuclear submarine.<br />
Monday Oct 22, (Fourth Monday,) at 7:00 p.m. Wayne<br />
Wrohrbaugh will share some of his Vietnam experiences<br />
with us. Should be exciting.<br />

membership, voted to limit our speakers to three per<br />
month.<br />
MAH JONGG<br />
<strong>Club</strong> Membership is now open. Mah Jongg has become<br />
very popular and will continue on the first Wednesday of<br />
every month from noon to 4:00 p.m. Snowbirds, singles<br />
and newcomers – if you would like to play Asian or<br />
American and have no game, drop-in and play. We have<br />
sets for both kinds of Mah Jongg so there is no need for you<br />
to bring yours.<br />
October 10. American Tournament on Wednesday,<br />
November 7. Holiday Luncheon on Friday, December 14.<br />
New Event: We will be celebrating Halloween on<br />
Wednesday, October 31 with a Pajama Party Social. Come<br />
and play in your pajamas, bathrobe and slippers. We will<br />
be serving party snacks between noon and 4:00 p.m. Trick<br />
or Treat. It will be a fun time to get together. If you do not<br />
have a game, we will get you into one - Asian or American.<br />
Important information – General meeting, Tuesday,<br />
October 9, at noon, for the purpose of nominating officers<br />
for 2013. General meeting, Tuesday, November 13, at noon<br />
for electing officers for 2013.<br />
Want to learn American/Western Mah Jongg? We have<br />
classes available to club members. To make a reservation<br />

Asian Mah Jongg continues to be popular. We have all the<br />
supplies for the game, plus our newly revised and<br />
updated fan pays card. The cost of the card is $1.00 for club<br />
members. Asian lessons are held in Liberty Center on<br />
Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until noon. For information,<br />
