The recent Facilities Study estimate is $4,627,084. The big difference is in the installation of a new HVAC system. As the existing system is less than ten years old and is working fine according to the administration, we don’t feel that there is a need to replace it at this time. The recommended cost is the result of removing the HVAC and site work portions from the facilities study.
