6.0 The tender documents can also be downloaded from any of the following websites<br />
www.nescoodisha.com. In case tender papers are downloaded from these websites, then<br />
the bidder has to enclose a Demand Draft, drawn on any Scheduled bank in favour of<br />
“North Eastern Electricity Supply Company of Orissa Ltd. payable at Bhubaneswar,<br />
covering the cost of bid documents as stated above in a separate envelope with suitable<br />
superscription “Cost of Bid Documents: Tender Notice No.: …………………”. This<br />
envelope should accompany the Bid Documents.<br />
7.0 The Bids shall be submitted in complete shape separately in sealed<br />
envelop for each Group and received in the office of the undersigned on all<br />
office working days up to 5.0 PM of Date 24.02.13. In the event the date of opening is<br />
a holiday, the next working day shall be treated as the date of opening<br />
8.0 Part-I of the bid (Technical Bid) will be opened on Dated 25.02.13 at 3.30 PM as<br />
indicated above, in the presence of the authorized representatives of the Bidders. Bidders<br />
shall depute only one representative to attend pre bid meeting and tender opening if<br />
theywish to be represented. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all<br />
tenders if the situations so warrants.<br />
