NB : i) In the event the date of submission of tender is a holiday / Sunday the next immediate
working day up to 2.0 PM may be considered.
ii) In the event the date of opening is a holiday, the next working day shall be treated as the

Scheduled Bank in favour of “North Eastern Electricity Supply of Orissa Ltd” payable at
Bhubaneswar for the cost of the Tender Paper indicated above, along with his bid, failing of
which the bid will be rejected outright. In the event of any specified date for the sale, submission or
opening of bids being declared as holiday for NESCO, the bids will be sold / received / opened
up at the appointed time on the next working day. NESCO also reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof, if the situation so warrants.
