CE Credit: 32 Category A Direct credit Film Screen and Digital: 40 Category A Direct MQSA: 48 contact hours Certificate of completion will be awarded following completion of the 25 supervised mammograms **No CE credit is awarded for clinical hours Total Mammography Program: Fellowship Only - 32 hours CE + 16 contact hours = 48 clock hrs Fellowship + Digital - 40 hours CE + 16 contact hours = 56 clock hrs The appropriate CE credit and a certificate of completion are awarded at the completion of the theory and the clinical classroom in which 25 patient procedures are supervised by qualified clinical faculty. It is assumed that the 25 procedures can be accomplished within 16 clock hours of clinical training. The 16 hours must be accomplished within 14 working days following the conclusion of the theory portion of the class. Clinical competency forms will be provided to the student and mastery of clinical and performance objectives must be achieved to receive a final certificate award. The original forms must be returned to Advanced Health with a signature by the supervising mammography technologist. Clinical Facilities See page 55 for clinical fellowship information.
