“dress wear” are required in classes with clinical rotations, during clinical rotations only.
Meals/Restaurants for Houston/AHEC Classes
There are multiple eating facilities within walking distance, such as Subway, Chinese Buffet, and Denny’s.
If you have a car, the possibilities are many. If it rains, AHEC has a small lunch area and you can order and
have sandwiches or pizza delivered.
AHEC National Classes
AHEC does not provide lunch on-site in the hotel seminars. Lunch and gratuities average between $30 and
$40 in a hotel setting. In an effort to keep costs for your CE at the lowest rate possible, we felt you would appreciate
the opportunity to purchase your own lunch.
