Wrong Cassette<br />

Corrective Action<br />

The cassette was not completely removed from the<br />

pump before it was reattached <strong>and</strong>, therefore, the<br />

pump’s sensors are not able to detect the cassette<br />

type. Remove the cassette <strong>and</strong> reattach it, then verify<br />

the cassette type in the pump’s display. If this alarm<br />

persists, remove the pump from use <strong>and</strong> contact<br />

Customer Service to return the pump for service.<br />

Fluid is not flowing from the fluid container to the<br />

pump. Check for a kink, a closed clamp, or air<br />

bubbles in the tubing between fluid container <strong>and</strong><br />

pump. Press ⁄ to stop the pump <strong>and</strong> silence the<br />

alarm for 2 minutes, then remove the obstruction <strong>and</strong><br />

press „ to restart the pump.<br />

Fluid is not flowing from the fluid container to the<br />

pump. Check for a kink, a closed clamp, or air<br />

bubbles in the tubing between fluid container <strong>and</strong><br />

pump. Press ⁄ to stop the pump <strong>and</strong> silence the<br />

alarm, then remove the obstruction <strong>and</strong> press „ to<br />

restart the pump.<br />

The pump detects the cassette is damaged, attached<br />

improperly, or incompatible with the pump. Close the<br />

tubing clamp. Make sure the cassette is attached<br />

properly. Then open the clamp <strong>and</strong> restart the pump.<br />

If the alarm persists, you may need to replace the<br />

cassette.<br />
