FSG Noida Held Communication Meeting<br />

On August 24, communication meeting for the entire Financial Services Group (FSG)<br />

division was conducted at the Radisson Hotel, Noida. Over 600 employees, across System<br />

and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) group attended the meeting.<br />

The audience was addressed by, Sharad Srivastava – vice-president FSG, Alok Sharma –<br />

general manager Quality and Jyotirmoy Banerji – assistant vice-president FSG.<br />

Mr. Srivastava started the discussion by sharing the management update with regard to<br />

business growth, customer engagement, operational excellence and human resources<br />

management. He highlighted the goals of the FSG management team with which the goals<br />

of individual FSG teams would be aligned.<br />

participation in achieving the<br />

cultural shift from<br />

performing/positioning as ‘Manual<br />

Worker’ to ‘Knowledgeable<br />

Worker’.<br />

Subsequent to Mr. Banerji’s discussion, Mr. Sharma talked about achieving operational<br />

excellence through Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). He shared the plans and<br />

timelines towards the journey of CMMI.<br />

The address from senior management team was followed by awards ceremony for the<br />

winners of the Employee of the Year and Employees of the Quarter programs.<br />

The last lap of the meeting was the “Questions and Answers” session, coordinated by the<br />

Employee Advisory Committee (EAC) members. EAC facilitated undiluted feedback from the<br />

employees on certain suggestions and issues. The management team provided clarifications<br />

and attention to the queries raised.
