The handling and showing of livestock<br />
involves risk of personal bodily<br />
injury and damage to property. The<br />
Pennsylvania Farm Show Commission,<br />
the Pennsylvania <strong>Dairy</strong> and<br />
<strong>All</strong>ied Industries Association, the<br />
<strong>All</strong>-<strong>American</strong> <strong>Dairy</strong> Show, the Pennsylvania<br />
Department of Agriculture,<br />
and any other entities responsible<br />
for the running of this show, including<br />
their employees, agents or volunteers,<br />
will in no case be responsible<br />
for any loss, damage, or injury<br />
done to or occasioned by or arising<br />
from any animal or article exhibited<br />
at the show, or injury to person or<br />
persons representing the exhibitor in<br />
any way at the show, EVEN IF SUCH<br />
INJURY OR DAMAGE IS THE RESULT<br />
OF THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE ABOVE<br />
PARTIES.<br />
If anyone feels they cannot make<br />
this agreement not to sue or make<br />
claim against the above parties,<br />
THEY SHOULD NOT PARTICIPATE<br />
IN THE SHOW. Participation in the<br />
show will be interpreted as a commitment<br />
and agreement by all participating<br />
persons to assume all risks<br />
of injury or damage and as a waiver<br />
of all rights to sue or make claims<br />
against the above parties.<br />
By participating in this show, all<br />
participants also commit themselves<br />
and agree to be bound to indemnify<br />
any entity or person whom they sue<br />
or make claim against, that is, they<br />
agree to fully pay such parties or<br />
person for any monetary or other<br />
damages that those parties suffer<br />
as a result of suit being instituted<br />
or claim being made against them,<br />
including but not limited to the payment<br />
of all expenses, attorney’s<br />
fees, court judgment or other money<br />
damages arising from such suit<br />

State Herd entries will be accepted through the end of that particular<br />
breed show.<br />
Classes will be closed after the judge pulls the first animal.<br />
Premier National Junior Guernsey Show will begin at 8 am<br />
Best Three Females - Group must include at least one animal that has<br />
freshened. Guernsey - See special rule 56 page 15.<br />
Group entries must be made by Noon September 18 to be included<br />
in the show ring catalog. During judging, when the judges place<br />
their first 8 groups, the remaining groups will be dismissed. Make<br />
sure your group has been checked in by the ringman, so you receive<br />
premium money if you are below 8 th place<br />
Arena TV Monitors will return for 2011.<br />
<strong>All</strong>-<strong>Dairy</strong> Antique Auction will be Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at 6:00<br />
p.m. in the <strong>Dairy</strong> Activity Center<br />
Color Breed Sale will be Monday, September 19 at 6:00 p.m. in the<br />
