Water and Water Resources
Safe, sufficient, and reliable water supply is essential

planning, evaluation, design, construction, and
management of water supply systems have enabled
us to meet our clients’ needs for a wide array of water
projects including: sources of supply; treatment
facilities; distribution and transmission mains; pumping
stations; and infrastructure rehabilitation. Our
capabilities include feasibility and system evaluations
involving pilot testing, safe yield analysis, rate studies,
and facility evaluation/GIS. Water resources
management is critical for maximizing economic,
social, and environmental benefits. From developing
municipal stormwater ordinances and best
management practices to implementing facilities to
meet water management objectives, HMM brings

implementation. Our staff coordinates with clients and
stakeholders to implement stormwater management
facilities, pump stations, levees, floodwalls, detention
basins, dams, and specialized hydraulic structures.

Wastewater
