Notes: 1. Please insert the total number of shares held by you. If you have shares entered against your name in the Depository Register (as defi ned in Section 130A of the Companies Act, Cap. 50), you should insert that number of shares. If you have shares registered in your name in the Register of Members, you should insert that number of shares. If you have shares entered against your name in the Depository Register and shares registered in your name in the Register of Members, you should insert the aggregate number of shares entered against your name in the Depository Register and registered in your name in the Register of Members. If no number is inserted, this instrument appointing a proxy or proxies shall be deemed to relate to all shares held by you. 2. A member of the Company entitled to attend and vote at a meeting of the Company is entitled to appoint one or two proxies to attend and vote in his stead. A proxy need not be a member of the Company. 3. Where a member appoints more than one proxy, he shall specify the proportion of his shareholding (expressed as a percentage of the whole) to be represented by each proxy. If no such proportion or number is specifi ed, the fi rst named proxy shall be deemed to represent 100 per cent of the shareholding and the second named proxy shall be deemed to be an alternate to the fi rst named proxy. 4. Completion and return of this instrument appointing a proxy shall not preclude a member from attending and voting at the meeting. Any appointment of a proxy or proxies shall be deemed to be revoked if a member attends the meeting in person, and in such event, the Company reserves the right to refuse to admit any person or persons appointed under this instrument of proxy, to the meeting. 5. The instrument appointing a proxy or proxies must be deposited at the Registered Offi ce of the Company at 24 Raffl es Place #22-01/06 Clifford Centre, Singapore 048621 not less than 48 hours before the time appointed for the Annual General Meeting. 6. The instrument appointing a proxy or proxies must be under the hand of the appointor or his attorney duly authorised in writing. Where the appointor is a corporation, the instrument of proxy must be executed either under its common seal or under the hand of its duly authorized offi cer or attorney. Where an instrument appointing a proxy or proxies is signed on behalf of the appointor by an attorney, the letter or power of attorney or a duly certifi ed copy thereof must (failing previous registration with the Company) be lodged with the instrument of proxy, failing which the instrument may be treated as invalid. 7. A corporation which is a member may authorise, by resolution of its directors or other governing body, such person as it thinks fi t to act as its representative at the Annual General Meeting, in accordance with its Articles of Association and Section 179 of the Companies Act, Cap. 50. 8. Agent Banks acting on the request of CPF Investors who wish to attend the Annual General Meeting as Observers are required to submit in writing, a list with details of the investors’ name, NRIC/Passport numbers, addresses and number of shares held. The list, signed by an authorized signatory of the agent bank, should reach the Company Secretary at the registered offi ce of the Company not later than 48 hours before the time appointed for holding the Annual General Meeting. General: The Company shall be entitled to reject the instrument appointing a proxy or proxies if it is incomplete, improperly completed or illegible or where the true intentions of the appointor are not ascertainable from the instructions of the appointor specifi ed in the instrument appointing a proxy or proxies. In addition, in the case of members whose shares are entered against their names in the Depository Register, the Company may reject any instrument appointing a proxy or proxies lodged if such members are not shown to have shares entered against their names in the Depository Register 48 hours before the time appointed for holding the Annual General Meeting as certifi ed by The Central Depository (Pte) Limited to the Company.
