Bollyrobics exercises to promote healthy lifestyle
The Group’s human resource management continues to
nurture the potential of its employees through learning
and development programmes. Employees were
encouraged to upgrade themselves through seminars,
workshops and talks.
The quarterly staff newsletter is published to communicate
with employees on the Group’s activities, events
and announcements.
Through regular dialogue sessions, the Group maintains
its harmonious industrial relation with Singapore Industrial
Services Employees’ Union (SISEU) and employees.
The Group recognises workplace as a key setting for
promoting the health and mental well-being of our
employees. Activities include kickboxing, cardio fi tness,
ergo and bollyrobics exercises, healthy cooking classes,
fruits distribution, heritage hunt and health screening.
As part of the ergonomics intervention programme,
physiotherapy and chiropractic sessions were conducted.
The Group received for the second time, GOLD from the
Health Promotion Board this year. This Award was given
in recognition of the Group’s exemplary workplace health
promotion programmes to encourage a balanced worklife
and healthy lifestyle.
To promote family bonding, social activities such as day trip
to Johor Bahru and Gardens by the Bay were organised
for employees and their families. Corporate passes are
available for employees and their families to visit Singapore
Science Centre and IMAX Theatre.
In support of corporate and social responsibility, employees
voluntarily participated in community outreach programme
at the Food from the Heart, a charity organisation in
SIngapore. The Group also made contributions to several
community and charitable organisations during the year.
