ADJUSTMENTS TO THE PERFORMANCE<br />

Description<br />

Identifies the type of video connection made on the back panel of the media<br />

center.<br />

This is not an adjustable setting.<br />

Screen black level generally appropriate for most TVs.<br />

Darkens the intensity of the black on screen.<br />

Correct for NTSC (U.S. standard) monitors.<br />

Correct for PAL (European standard) monitors.<br />

Only for a TV that supports multiple formats (NTSC and PAL).<br />

Screen image repaints in standard style.<br />

Screen image repaints in advanced style (if your TV provides this option).<br />

Note: With an HDMI connection, you will not see the On option. The HDMI cable<br />

automatically senses your TV capabilities and applies progressive scan as<br />

appropriate.<br />
